🌟 FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) 🌟1. How do I book a conversation session?
Booking is super easy! Just head to our booking page, choose a date and time that works for you, and confirm your session. You’ll get an email with all of the details and a link to join.2. What if I miss my appointment?
Life happens. If you miss a session without letting us know, it counts as “missed” and can’t be rescheduled. Please try to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead so you don’t lose your spot.3. Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Absolutely. As long as you make changes 24 hours before your session, you can reschedule for free. Last-minute cancelations (less than 24 hours) will be charged a 50% cancelation fee.4. How do I pay for lessons?
You can pay easily by credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Payment is required at booking in order to reserve your spot.5. Do you have packages or discounts?
Yes! We love helping you practice more often, so we offer discounted packages for 5, or 10 sessions. However, these may only be scheduled after your initial meeting.6. Where do the lessons take place?
All lessons are online through Google Meet. After booking, you’ll get an email link to join your session—it’s that simple! Reminders are sent 24 hours before the session.
